FRESH: Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes on HIGH. Let the meal stand for 1 minute, remove film, and stir well for even heat distribution.

FROZEN: Defrost and then heat as above. Reheat longer if required and enjoy.

STORAGE: Keep refrigerated, store at 5°C or below. Use on day of opening. Freeze within use by date. Once frozen consume within 3 months. Cook from frozen or defrost in refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

CAUTION: Always remove carton sleeve before heating. After heating, carefully remove container from microwave. Container & contents will be HOT. Microwaves may vary, adjust cooking times as needed.
